The Family Support program promotes the safety of children, strengthen the family, and promote permanency for children. We are committed to provide services child-centered, family-focused, community-based, and culturally competent. In the new model- Family Connections: Our target population is to serve families who would benefit from case management, resource navigation, service referral, parenting skills, and support with concrete needs, as well as regular in-home assessments of child safety and wellbeing.

Families are referred to the programs, mostly the Administration for Children Services (ACS).

 

Other referrals are done by community-based organizations, schools, clinics, and or self-referrals.

The goal length of stay with family is six months.
