Our main program offices will remain closed until further notice. The staff providing care coordination, clinical services and preventive social services will be working from home. A contingency plan was created by administration in conjunction with program directors so the staff will know what to do and/or where to report.
The clinical services will be conducted via tele-health/tele psychiatry. The Clinician, Nurses and Physicians will communicate with their patients via telephone or other assisted methods within the standards established by the Office of Mental Health Regulations.
Our residential programs run on a 7days a week, 24 hours a day. There is a specific plan created with the program managers and directors regarding the daily operational plan.
