PRFI complies with the requirements of New York State Social Services Law Section 363-d and 18 N.Y.C. R. Part 521 as well-known section 6032 and 2005 Federal Deficit Reduction Act, and seeks to prevent and detect any fraud, waste, or abuse in its operations.  PRFI understands what is expected and the rules that have been set, the need to abide by them by observing and reporting on performance.
